We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and returned in its original packaging. You must also provide your order number or proof of purchase.

Please do not send any item back before receiving return instructions and approval from our support team. Items returned without prior authorization might not be accepted.

Change-of-Mind Returns

For returns requested because you changed your mind, selected the wrong product or size, or no longer want the item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Original shipping charges, import duties, customs charges, and taxes are non-refundable where permitted by law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@buysera.co.

Include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos or videos of the item and packaging

If the issue is approved, Buysera will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or return shipping instructions at no additional cost to you.

Sale and Final Sale Items

Sale items are eligible for return under the same conditions stated in this policy unless the product was clearly marked as Final Sale before purchase.

Gift cards and items clearly marked as Final Sale cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to request a return for the original item. After the return is approved, you can place a separate order for the replacement item.

Order Cancellations

You may request an order cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Refunds

We will notify you after your return has been received and inspected.

If the refund is approved, it will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
